The proposed development will consist of 5,024 sq ft of retail space and 43 residential care home apartments, with associated residential car parking for 18 cars. Olympian purchased the site in June 2005, and planning permission for the scheme was originally granted in September 2008. Planning permission has been extended for a further 3 years from September 2010.
